At Tanisha Jewellers, every piece of jewellery is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. However, we understand that issues may occur during transit.
We offer 2 days of return policy from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
- Returns will be applicable only under the following condition:
- The product is damaged or broken at the time of delivery.
- No return requests will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, liking, color variation, or size expectations, as all products are antique and handcrafted.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a return:
- A proper uncut unboxing video is mandatory
- The video must start before opening the package and clearly show:
- Outer packaging
- Inner packaging
- The damaged or broken product
Return requests without a proper video will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Charges
Once the return is approved, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
